In this advanced sourdough workshop, we will spend a couple of hands-on hours getting stuck into an international variety of sourdough recipes, culminating in a shared feast with accompaniments at the end. - Flat breads from Ethiopia, Lebanon, Mexico and India - Vietnamese banh mi, Japanese milk bread - Doughnuts and fermented cakes - Fougasse and foccacia ....and more! As usual, you’ll go away with delicious samples of what we make and a folder of tried and tested recipes to set you up for your next sourdough goals. Please note- you must have attended my advanced ‘Next Level Sourdough’ workshop and preferably also my ‘Bagels, Scrolls and More’ workshop to come along to this one.
