That's the practical work we do here. What happens each week? We gather in a small, intimate circle for 1.5 hours. Each session has a guided theme - shaped by what's alive in the group that week. We use awareness practices, open conversation and guided reflection as tools to help you come home to yourself - clearer, calmer, and more aligned with who you really are.
