Vibrant Kids Playshop – Essential Oils, Mindfulness, Movement & Fun!

Get ready for a fun-filled hour of essential oils, mindfulness, and playful movement designed just for kids! Vibrant Kids & Families is all about giving children the opportunity to smell, move, create, connect and have fun while discovering simple everyday practices they can use to help them pause, feel grounded and become more aware of their emotions. Parents/Guardians can join in or enjoy a cup of tea while waiting! 🌿 EXPLORE ESSENTIAL OILS Children will explore a selection of beautiful essential oil aromas and use our fun “feelings faces” to decide how each scent makes them feel. 💜 CREATE & TAKE HOME Every participating child receives their very own essential oil case and will make and take home 3 essential oil rollers: 🌙 Sleep 💚 Calm 🌈 A special oil of their own choice! 🧘 GROUND, BREATHE & RELAX We'll learn a simple 5-minute calming meditation, breathing and grounding techniques that children can practise as part of their everyday routine. 💃 MOVE & HAVE FUN It's not all sitting still! We'll move, laugh and invite the kids to show us some of their favourite dance moves. 🍓 NUTRITION & TASTE We'll chat about colourful foods and everyday nutrition and enjoy a taste of our homemade bliss balls and NingXia Red. 🎨 PLUS LOTS OF FUN! Expect games, stickers, creativity, sensory activities, positive conversations and plenty of opportunities to participate.
