A Community Engagement Officer from Services Australia will be onsite for general enquiries and support navigating Centrelink and MyGov. Cairns Hub: Services Australia Support for registered Carers Every two weeks at the Wellways Cairns Carer Hub, you have the opportunity to meet with the Community Engagement Officer from Services Australia. Whether you have questions about carer payments, services, or navigating your MyGov portal and lodging forms, Services Australia is here for an hour to help. Take the opportunity to brew a cup of tea, ask questions and gain help navigating all things Centrelink. Bring your device if you need help to register and get set up for online services. Please note they are only here for an hour and provide general information and advice. This allocated time is not for standard 1:1 appointments or complex centerlink claims etc.
