Elements Day Retreat

Surrounded by open space, a natural dam and peaceful landscapes, you'll experience the benefits of slowing down in a supportive and welcoming environment. Throughout the morning we'll journey through the elements: Earth — Ground through gentle yoga and mindful movement. Air — Deepen your connection with yourself through guided breathwork. Fire — Experience the warmth of the sauna and hot bath, inviting relaxation and renewal. This retreat includes: • Opening circle • Gentle yoga flow • Guided breathwork • Sound healing • Sauna • Hot bath & Ice bath experience • Closing circle This experience is intentionally limited to 10 people, creating a relaxed and personal atmosphere where everyone receives individual guidance and support. *Location: Private property, Aloomba (exact address will be provided to participants closer to the event). *if you wish to avoid fees and pay with PayID- email me for details: [email protected] What to bring • Your yoga mat • Comfortable clothing for movement • Swimwear • Two towels (one for the sauna and one for drying off- there are showers on the property) • Water bottle • Warm clothes for after the ice bath In the event of unsuitable weather, the retreat will be rescheduled, and all participants will be notified. Health & Safety The contrast therapy experience is optional, and you are encouraged to participate at your own pace. This retreat may not be suitable if you are pregnant or have certain medical conditions, including uncontrolled high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, epilepsy or seizure disorders, or if you are recovering from recent surgery or illness. If you have any health concerns, take medication that may affect your response to heat or cold, or are unsure whether contrast therapy is appropriate for you, please consult your healthcare provider before attending and let the Dari know prior to the retreat. By registering, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and accept responsibility for your own physical and emotional wellbeing throughout the retreat.
