Full Moon Ceremony | Cacao, Breath & Sound

🌕 Cacao • Breathwork • Sound Healing Join us for a deeply nourishing Full Moon Ceremony under the energy of the Full Moon in Taurus, gathering the night before the moon reaches its peak. The Taurus–Scorpio axis invites us to balance grounding with transformation — to slow down, reconnect with what feels steady and supportive, and gently release what we’ve outgrown. We’ll begin with a blue lotus-infused cacao ritual, having the beautiful Harmoni Cacao, creating a warm space to open the heart, ground and arrive fully in the moment. From there, you’ll be guided through a conscious connected breathwork journey, using the breath to support nervous system regulation, emotional release and mental clarity. You’ll be invited to soften into the body, release stored tension and create space for something new. We’ll then move into a deeply restorative sound healing immersion with crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, allowing vibration and frequency to surround you as the body settles into deep rest and integration. No experience is needed. Simply come as you are. Most of the session will be experienced lying down. Bring: • Yoga mat • Blanket & cushion • Water bottle 🌕 "Release what weighs you down. Honour what truly matters. Step forward with clarity." 🌕
