This special event is dedicated to celebrating women—especially those aged 40+—through confidence, movement, and self-expression. Why Heels Dance? Heels Dance is more than just dancing—it’s about connecting with your body, feeling every movement, and expressing yourself with confidence. As you learn heels technique, you’ll build strength, improve balance and posture, develop body awareness, and discover the beautiful combination of softness, sensuality, and power. There is strength behind every graceful movement. Never danced in heels before? That’s absolutely okay! Our workshops are designed for beginners and experienced dancers alike. We guide you step by step, whether you choose to dance in heels or wear flat ballet or jazz shoes. You’ll progress at your own pace while building confidence, technique, and freedom of movement. Why 40+? Life after 40 brings many changes. Many women experience perimenopause or menopause, changing hormones, mood swings, shifts in energy, and a changing relationship with their bodies. Our Workshops Workshop 1 : Heels Heels is art form woman empowerment through the movements. This empowering dance class blends styles like jazz funk, dancehall, and vogue, adding a fierce layer of elegance.Beyond all of that, you will also work on core strength, lower body conditioning, and most importantly – have fun with your fellow queens! Workshop 2: Heels Latin Cabaret Latin Cabaret is where the passion of Latin dance meets the glamour of cabaret performance. This style blends elegant body movement, Latin rhythms, expressive arm styling, musicality, and stage presence to create a performance that is elegance and captivating. This is your chance to step into the spotlight, celebrate your femininity, and experience the joy of performing with an inspiring community of women.
