Canberra Bushdance 2026

Welcome to the 42nd Annual Canberra Bushdance brought to you by Pink Tennis Canberra - Australia’s oldest LGBTIQA+ sports group! A much-loved Canberra tradition, the Canberra Bushdance by Pink Tennis Canberra brings together great music, good company, a little country swagger, a whole lot of community spirit, and plenty of dancing! Whether you're a seasoned bush dancer or have never stepped onto the dance floor before, there's a place for you here (and even at social tennis too.) Expect a night of live music, classic bush dances, Western flair, colourful characters, and a whole lot of fun — all with the unmistakable Canberra Bushdance spirit. We've heard your feedback so the sound system is getting an upgrade this year (sorry Governor General - you might just need to come hang out with us instead!) The famous Waltz Off is getting a major glow-up this year too so you ABSOLUTELY want to participate - you could walk away with some serious bling and prizes! We're expanding outside YET AGAIN with food trucks, seating, and more. The Underground Spirits Cocktail bar is back and the Midnight Hotel Saloon is gonna be slinging drinks all night. So grab a partner or 7, round up your mates, and join us for a night to remember! Yeeeeeeee-haaaawwwww!!!
