Carers Week Wellbeing Break for Carers

Unison Harp Yoga The harp is ancient instrument with unique acoustic qualities and has long been associated with the healing arts. In each harp yoga session Alison creates music that complements Jo’s yoga sequence to help promote feelings of wellbeing, deep rest, and comfort. Classes are open to all abilities, with gentle flowing yoga sequences and adjustments offered to create an inclusive practice, connecting individuals and community. This workshop is for you if: • You care for someone or have a family member with an intellectual disability • You struggle to make time for you • You really could do with a pause button • You would like to connect with other carers. This event will include: A guided relaxation session to stretch your body (suitable for all abilities), supported by the beautiful sounds of harp music. A light lunch and time for connection with others will be provided. When: 12.00-2.00 pm, Saturday 17th October 2026. Where: Pearce Community Centre Hall, 7 Collett Place Pearce.
