FULL SEND is designed to replicate the demands of race day as closely as possible, with athletes completing all 8 key HYROX stations alongside the full running volume of a HYROX race (8 x 1km runs). Expect compromised running, strategic pacing, race-day fatigue, and the mental challenge of executing under pressure from start to finish. Whether you're chasing a PB in Melbourne or building confidence over the full race distance, this is your opportunity to put your training to the test in a structured, race-style environment. Athletes can compete in Opens or Pro: Singles, Doubles, or Relay divisions. Running routes, workout layout, race standards, briefing times, and official wave start times will be shared prior to event day. Waves commence from 7:30AM on Sunday 15 November. Please arrive ready to start on time for your allocated briefing time. Your briefing will take place shortly before your scheduled wave start, with both times communicated ahead of simulation day. --- Note: No refunds will be provided for non-attendance or cancellations.
