Join us for a magical evening of meditation, tarot and soothing sounds to tap into your inner wisdom and intuition! SoulHarmony presents Insight & Intuition: a meditation, tarot, and sound experience. Join us at the stunning X-Hale Pilates studio in Conder for a guided meditation session incorporating tarot and sound healing. Immerse yourself in a relaxing and calming group environment and allow the soothing frequencies of Tibetan singing bowls and chimes to wash over you, leaving you feeling reinvigorated and at peace. A tarot card will be drawn for the group before we begin, and you will be called on to reflect on the lessons the card presents with the guidance of the facilitator. Now, more than ever, mental health and wellbeing needs to be a priority for us all. Incorporating guided meditation and sound healing into your wellbeing practices can help reduce stress and anxiety, and connecting with your intuition through tarot can help bring clarity and guidance to your life and your decisions. Essentials: please bring a pillow/cushion and a large, warm blanket. We will be using the Pilates reformers at the studio to lie or sit on for the session - the pillow is for your head, and to fully experience the benefits of meditation you need to be warm so a blanket is essential. You may like to bring an extra blanket to lay on and provide some padding for lying on the reformer. No children please. Please arrive on time - doors will be locked at the start of the session with no admittance once the session has started in order for participants to remain in a meditative state.
