The conference will be opened by Hamish Hansford, Head of Security at the Department of Home Affairs, setting the tone for two days of high-level discussion, practical insight and cross-sector collaboration. His opening address will frame the national protective security landscape and the critical role of capability, leadership and coordination in strengthening Australia’s security posture.
