Seasonal Pad Thai with ANU Kitchen Garden

Join us to prepare & enjoy a delicious lunch and learn some new techniques Join us to prepare & enjoy a delicious lunch and learn to make Pad Thai, a stir-fried noodle dish full of vegetables. Here at the ANU Kitchen Garden we aim to use seasonal ingredients to show students how to cook with fresh produce. For this session only, we will be joined by Chef Rod, to learn some new cooking skills. We are cooking in the kitchens of Burton and Garran Hall. Remember to dress appropriately for cooking – closed-toe shoes and long hair tied back are a must! If you are able to, please bring your own plate and cutlery. This event is free for all ANU students. We are committed to being inclusive of all.
