THE CBR GIRLS CLUB x THE HEY SIS PROJECT CARDIO TENNIS TASTER SESSION!

Try tennis in a fun, social and beginner-friendly session with The Girls Club Canberra and The Hey Sis Project! Whether you’ve never picked up a racquet before or simply want to refresh your skills, this event is designed to help you try tennis in a relaxed, welcoming and supportive environment. Each session will include beginner-friendly tennis drills, fun games and light cardio activities suitable for all fitness and experience levels. There will be 2 one-hour sessions available: • 10:00 am – 11:00 am • 11:00 am – 12:00 pm Choose the session that works best for you and come ready to move, meet new people and have fun! No previous tennis experience is required. Please wear comfortable activewear and suitable sports shoes, and bring a hat, water bottle and tennis racket if you have one. If you don’t have a racket, please contact us before the event, as a limited number may be available to borrow.
