Gatherings are mature, safe, and confidential spaces to connect with other women, discuss topics we may not usually talk about including self-love and empowerment, sensuality and desire, intimacy and Spiritual evolution. Soul Sessions blend sharing, transcendental meditation and powerful embodiment tools, supporting you to honour both your deeply human and spiritual aspects. WHAT IS INVOLVED? Each 90-minute session weaves together powerful meditation and shamanic healing tools to support your journey back to yourself. You can bring real life questions to circle where I will support your and the group’s self exploration through human and spiritual development frameworks, my own and the groups lived insight and embodied practices, all which are deeply inspiring and empowering. Following connection and discussion, I will guide you through transcendental meditation practices that help you access insights beyond your regular level of thinking, then support you to ground this bliss, love, and peace back into your embodied experience. The session includes: - 15-20 minutes exploring a specific theme which you or another brings, or arises from the group - 45-60 minutes of guided healing meditation including Mantra and Sound healing and sensual embodiment practices. - Paired sharing to help ground your experience and integrate insights into daily life. These circles incorporate a variety of powerful tools: - Body-based self-reflective practices - Transcendental meditation - Shamanic healing and Chakra balancing - Mantra (vibrational sound healing) - Self-hypnosis using affirmations - Embodiment practices - Breathwork These sessions are a low cost, nourishing and connected way to receive support in your life.
