Three salamis. Three cheeses. Three wines. One very good evening. We're getting a little wild for our next Charcuterie Session! Join us at The Last Supper for a relaxed, guided tasting exploring bold flavours, artisan cured meats and the wonderful world of cheese and wine pairing. For this session, we're showcasing three unusual handcrafted salamis from Australian artisan producer Goose on the Loose: Pork & Creamy Blue Cheese – A rich, savoury salami with a deliciously creamy twist. Venison – Lean, earthy and full of character. Wild Boar & Fennel – Rustic, aromatic and beautifully savoury. Each salami will be served with a carefully selected cheese and paired wine, chosen to complement, contrast and bring out different flavours. We'll explore what makes each salami unique, discover why certain cheeses and wines work so well together, and see how a great pairing can completely change the tasting experience. No wine or charcuterie expertise required. Just bring your appetite, your curiosity and a willingness to try something a little different.
