When you arrive, you’ll get your name tag and choose a coloured border based on how you’re feeling and how you’d like to mingle that day. PICK YOUR COLOUR 🟢 COME SAY HI! Happy to meet new people! 🔵 WHERE’S MY BOOKISH BESTIE? I’m here to make friends! 🟡 I’M SHY! Please approach me first! 🔴 TAKING IT EASY Happy to say hi, but keeping it low key. Pick a sticker • Write your name • Wear it! You can change your colour anytime. Your mood might change, and that’s completely okay! We’ll also have a poster explaining the colours right in front of the stickers and name tags, so you can easily check what each one means when you arrive. No judgement, no pressure. We just want you to feel comfortable. 💚 📚 BOOK DONATIONS NEEDED Booktrovert Geelong & Surrounds is a non profit book community created on 3rd August 2026, bringing local book lovers together through books, events and activities. Our first event on 12th September 2026 had a wonderful turnout. Thanks to our lovely Geelong community, the first batch of donated books have now found their new homes, ready to be enjoyed by their new readers. 💚 We’re now collecting more pre loved books for our upcoming Book Swap events. • Have books you’ve already read and want to pass on? We’d love to give them a new home. • All donated books will be checked, wiped and cleaned before our events. • Pick up or drop off around Geelong can be arranged. • At our Book Swaps, bring a book you’ve read and swap it for a new story to enjoy. • Book Swaps are completely FREE. • Event donations are appreciated, but never required. They help us continue creating more events, activities and raffle prizes. 📩 To organise a pick up or drop off, email Doll to [email protected] OR DM us Booktrovert Geelong & Surrounds Instagram Thank you for helping us keep the stories moving from one reader to another!!! 🥳 About Donations Booktrovert is a non profit community, and our events are made possible through the support of our members and local community.
