Jack Murat Coffee Tasting

Join us in person for a relaxed tasting of Jack Murat coffee and discover your new favorite cup. Ever wondered how much processing changes the taste of a coffee bean? ☕🇦🇺 Join us for a Public Cupping Event with Jack Murat! Whether you’re a daily coffee drinker, a home brewer, or a seasoned barista, this one’s for you. We’re putting a single Australian coffee varietal under the spotlight—same tree, same soil, but processed using completely different post-harvest methods. Come taste how processing transforms flavor while letting true Australian terroir shine through. Plus, Sergio from Jack Murat will be in the building to guide us through this year's harvest and exclusive micro-lots! What You’ll Experience & Taste: • Washed: Clean, crisp, and bright with vivid clarity. • Natural: Big body, syrupy sweetness, and bold fruit notes. • Honey: A smooth middle ground with rich, honeyed sweetness. • Anaerobic: Wild, complex, and distinctively aromatic. • Micro-Lots: Ultra-limited, high-scoring feature lots straight out of Mareeba. Slurp side-by-side, chat with Sergio and fellow coffee lovers, and explore Australian specialty coffee in a totally approachable, open-to-all setting. 📍 Event Details 📅 Date: Thursday, Nov 5th⏰ Time: 10:30 AM – Midday📍 Location: Constant Brew Bar (24/7-21 Newcastle Street, Newtown)Join us in person for the Jack Murat Coffee Tasting!
