NEDS Uncomfortable Challenge Four hours. Four stations. One team of three. This one is built to test you, and it’s built so you get through it together. How it works Teams of three. Four stations, one hour each, every hour on the hour. Finish the work and whatever time is left in the hour is your rest. Then the clock resets and you go again. The stations Station 1: 10km Row Station 2: 10km Ski Station 3: 20km Bike Station 4: 6km Run Scoring Your team records the time it takes to finish each station. Add all four together. Lowest combined time wins. The prize pack Oxyshred, Pillar, an LSKD voucher and $50 cashback each. Not a runner? Swap the run for a 1.5km farmer carry. 12/16kg or 20/24kg, your call. The rules Entry is completely free. You just need a team of three. If someone has to pull out, you take it on as a duo and keep going.
