SDA Open Day: Waurn Ponds

Tour an SDA home in Waurn Ponds and meet the SDA Living Australia and Peak Disability Supports teams. Join us for an open day at our Robust/IL SDA home in Waurn Ponds. This is a chance to walk through the home, see the accessible design features up close and ask our team any questions about the property, vacancies and the application process. Peak Disability Supports will also be there to talk about the support model in the home. The open day is for NDIS participants, families, support coordinators, OTs and anyone helping someone find the right home. Registration is free. Please register so we know how many people to expect. If you or the person you support has accessibility needs for the visit, please let us know when you register.
