He's coached elite runners at the top of their game and splits his time between here and Portland, Oregon, working with Nike's athletes. On Sunday 4th October, he's bringing all of that to Geelong. For free. What is it? A run technique session. The goal: Become a more balanced runner. Is this a run club? No. You won't be clocking up kms. We'll jog to an open area, then Paul will run you through self awareness and technique. Think workshop, not workout. Who is it for? Everyone! Paul tailors every session to the group in front of him. Beginner or advanced, you'll walk away with something you can use. Why we're running it We've teamed up with The FINISHR run club to get the word out, because good coaching should reach as many runners as possible.
