"There and Back" Cruising the East Coast - an RGYC Cruising Dinner

Join us for a relaxed evening as RGYC members Andrea Newman & Geoff Newman shares stories, highlights and memorable moments from her cruising adventure along Australia’s east coast, there and back. Andrea will take us along for the journey, sharing the places she visited, the adventures along the way and the joys and challenges of life on the water. From moorings at Laurieton to sunsets at Magnetic Island and Double Island Point, it promises to be an entertaining evening of cruising stories, beautiful destinations and inspiration for your next adventure. 📅 Thursday 24th September 2026 🕕 Time: 6:00pm, with dinner at 6:30pm 📍 Location: West Lounge, Royal Geelong Yacht Club Member Tickets: $35 Non-Member Tickets: $40 Ticket price includes dinner. Dinner Menu: Please note that dinner will be served as an alternate 50/50 drop (excluding those with dietary requirements). • Provençal lamb shoulder, garlic and rosemary potatoes, truss cherry tomatoes, green beans, red wine jus (low gluten, dairy free) • Grilled Infinity Blue barramundi fillet with Champagne hollandaise, dill potatoes, broccolini, Dutch carrots and herb salad (low gluten) -- Please note: The booking fee portion of your ticket goes towards Humanitix-supported fundraising projects, not directly to the Club.
