The 2027 Gold Coast Health Research Showcase will explore how research and innovation drive transformational change in health care. The theme of this year’s Showcase is From Foundations to Impact: Trials and Translation. The annual showcase is an opportunity to promote and recognise the outstanding research conducted at Gold Coast Health across all clinical specialties, professions and in collaboration with our university and industry partners. The event will highlight how multidisciplinary and cross-organisational collaboration drives successful research and innovation, exploring how foundational clinical trials translate into innovative models of patient care, and sharing new and novel research findings. Whether you're an early career clinician researcher, established researcher, clinical director, academic researcher, or industry or university partner, the Showcase is an opportunity to come together, expore, and celebrate our research community. Public Transport Information: There are a range of public transport options available to visitors at Gold Coast University Hospital, with a bus stop and light rail station seeing you to the hospital's front door. G:Link (Light rail): There is an underground G:Link tram station below the main entrance of Gold Coast University Hospital.
