The annual art exhibition and festival showcases the artistic talents of mental health consumers ArtBeat Visual Art Exhibition: Opening at Gold Coast University Hospital and Robina Hospital from 6 - 31 October 2026 ArtBeat Festival: Taking place at the Gold Coast University Hospital rear parklands from 11am-2pm on Friday 9 October 2026. Aligned with Queensland Mental Health Week, ArtBeat aims to remove the stigma around mental health by giving consumers a platform to express their experiences in their own way, offering a joyful space for the community to come together to celebrate their strengths and have important conversations about mental health. Mental health consumers commence work months in advance, putting their heart and soul into their creations as they prepare their creative contributions for display or performance. Join us in the parklands for: • Live music • Free food • Face painting • Arts & Crafts • Community stalls • Mental Health Resources
