During this class you are going to prepare Anna’s Tiramisu’ with all her secrets and helpful tricks to make an exceptional authentic Italian Tiramisu’. You’ll master how to bake a perfect pastry, preparing our Nonna’s Crostata cake with Apricot jam and with the left over pastry we are going to prepare different types of biscuits, our favourites are Bottoni(Buttons), perfect with Italian espresso coffee or afternoon Tea. Then we’ll prepare a late afternoon tea and we’ll taste the Tiramisu’, the Crostata and the Bottoni biscuits accompanied with espresso Italian coffee, cappuccino, latte or tea. You’ll get the recipe book for the class you attended.
