A morning of exploring JOY in our lives through meaningful conversation, sharing, meditation and a mindful art therapy exercise. ✨ A morning of exploring JOY in our lives through meaningful conversation, sharing, meditation and a mindful art therapy exercise. ✨ This is for you if you love creativity, want to enjoy art without the pressure of being perfect, and would like a Sunday morning ritual that feels wholesome and nourishing with community. The general flow of the morning is: ✨ Opening sharing circle/conversation ✨ Meditation ✨ Art making time ✨ Sharing and reflections ✨ A little dance to bring in MORE joy into our lives!! Recommended minimum donation is $20. But please pay within your means, and what you feel the value of your experience is. I just want these experiences to be accessible to everyone.
