First Strike Self Defence - Kids School Holiday Program | Southport

Held at Gracie Barra Surfers Paradise in Southport, the program is designed for kids of all experience levels. No previous martial arts or self-defence training is required. Throughout the week, kids will take part in practical and age-appropriate activities including striking, boxing, grappling, mixed martial arts, self-defence scenarios, confidence exercises, anti-bullying strategies, online safety education, breathwork and outdoor games. The focus is not on teaching kids to fight. It is about helping them develop the confidence, awareness and practical skills to recognise problems early, make smart decisions, set boundaries and protect themselves when necessary.
