From Growth To Grace

RELEASE • RESTORE • REALIGN ~ A Full Moon Yin Yoga Journey The Full Moon Invitation Under November's full moon, we are invited to slow down, release what no longer serves, and reconnect with what truly matters. In the final days of spring, we are held by the energy of the Wood element, a time of growth, movement, vision and new direction. As the season shifts towards summer, this energy naturally begins to feed the Fire element, awakening warmth, connection and grace within the heart. Through slow, grounding yin shapes, breath and stillness, this practice invites you to honour what is ready to grow, trust what is ready to unfold, and return to the wisdom of the heart. Join Laura for a deeply nourishing two-hour Yin Yoga journey, weaving together the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, lunar inspiration, mindful movement and restorative stillness. An invitation to move forward with intention, live from the heart and embrace the grace of becoming.
