A full moon journey for women to release, reconnect with their bodies, awaken their wild feminine & fully claim who they're becoming. Under the energy of the Aries Full Moon, you're invited into an evening of release, movement, sensuality and deep embodiment — a space to let go of what you've been carrying and reconnect with the woman you're ready to fully claim. This isn't about becoming someone new. It's about remembering who you are underneath everything you've been taught you should be. ✨ What we'll move through: CACAO + OPENING CEREMONY We'll begin by slowing down, connecting to the body and opening the space together with cacao. You'll be guided to set an intention for what you're ready to release and what you're ready to step into. RELEASE + RECLAIM We'll explore what you're ready to let go of — old stories, expectations, patterns, identities and ways you've been abandoning yourself. We'll ask: What do I actually want? What feels true for me? Where am I ready to stop playing small? What am I ready to fully claim? SOMATIC DANCE JOURNEY We'll take the inner work into the body through a guided somatic movement experience. Moving through three energetic stages: 🔥 RELEASE — shake it out, move it through and let the body express. 🌹 DESIRE — reconnect with sensuality, confidence, pleasure and the freedom to feel yourself. 🐆 CLAIM — embody your power, take up space and move from a place of deep self-trust. You don't need to be a dancer. There is no right way to move. This is an invitation to listen to your body and let her lead. BREATHWORK + SPINAL ENERGETICS After moving, we'll surrender into deeper embodiment through breathwork and Spinal Energetics — creating space for whatever needs to shift, soften and release. SOUND HEALING + INTEGRATION We'll finish by dropping into stillness and receiving through a deeply nourishing sound healing journey. No more doing. No more thinking. Just receiving.
