Golf Therapy | 8 Week Group Program | In-Person Carrara (Emerald Lakes GC)

An eight-week small group therapy program on the range and the course. No golf experience needed. Wednesdays from 17 February. Golf Therapy | 8-Week Group Therapy Program Some conversations come more easily side by side than face to face. Golf Therapy brings small group psychotherapy out of the therapy room and onto the driving range and the course, with PGA golf lessons included along the way. It’s a structured program facilitated by Natalie Beach, a PACFA-registered psychotherapist. Over eight weeks, you’ll have space to slow down, move, reflect on what’s been weighing on you, and explore what you might like to do differently, alongside a small group of people who get it. You don’t need to know how to play golf. Complete beginners are as welcome as seasoned professionals. How the eight weeks run • Week 1: group session via telehealth • Weeks 2 to 5: driving range with a PGA golf coach, plus group therapy • Weeks 6 and 7: small groups on the course with Natalie • Week 8: closing group session via telehealth What’s included • Eight weekly 120-minute sessions • A free intake call with Natalie before you start (new clients) • PGA golf coaching at the driving range • Green fees, cart hire and range balls • Clubs provided at the driving range The details • Wednesdays, 3:15 pm, starting 17 February 2027 • Emerald Lakes Golf Club, Carrara (weeks 2 to 7) • 4 to 10 participants, the same group each week • No make-up sessions Investment $895 per participant, including GST.
