Meditation and the Aspects, Projections, and Facets of the Mind.

The mystery of the Mind has long been studied by philosophers and sages throughout time. Within yogic teachings, this wisdom is guided through meditation, self reflection, and an opportunity to create space for greater self-awareness. With this focus, we will come together over the next 3 months to explore in-depth wisdom on the mind and related yogic practices. Each 90 minute workshop guides an embodiment practice of kundalini meditation, pranayama, gentle movement, and sound.
