Men's Winter Gathering

A grounding men’s gathering to breathe, reset and connect through breathwork, sound, meditation and genuine brotherhood. About the BREATHWORX Men’s Winter Gathering Life can get busy. Work, relationships, family, responsibilities and the constant daily grind can leave very little time for men to simply stop, breathe and reconnect with themselves. The BREATHWORX Men’s Winter Gathering is an intimate evening for a small group of men to step away from all of that for a few hours and enjoy some genuine time for themselves. Set outdoors on a beautiful private property on the Gold Coast, gather around the fire for an evening centred around breathwork, sound, meditation and connection. The heart of the evening will be a guided breathwork journey designed to help you move out of your head and reconnect with your body and breath. We’ll combine this with grounding meditation, intention setting, sound and periods of stillness, before returning to the fire to simply enjoy the company of other men. There’s no expectation to share your story or talk about anything you don't want to. This isn't therapy, and it isn't about trying to fix anyone. Come exactly as you are. Whether life is going well, you're navigating change, feeling stuck in the daily routine, carrying a lot of responsibility, or you simply recognise that you haven't made much time for yourself lately, you're welcome around the fire. We'll finish the evening together with something warm to eat, conversation, laughter and time around the fire. My hope is that you leave feeling lighter, grounded, energised and reminded that you're not alone in the pressures that come with everyday life, and perhaps a little more present for yourself and the people who matter most to you.
