REST & RESET: An Immersive Sound Bath for Deep Relaxation

Rest & Reset is a mid week immersive sound bath experience designed to help you slow down, relax deeply and give your mind and body a chance to switch off. Using sound, vibration and a range of acoustic instruments, including Bashir's Quartz Crystal Didgeridoo, you'll be guided into a deeply relaxing experience designed to help: • Calm the nervous system • Quiet a busy mind • Release everyday tension and stress • Support deep relaxation and rest • Create space to simply stop and recharge The evening begins with a short opening circle before moving into the immersive sound bath, followed by a gentle closing and grounding snack afterwards. No experience with meditation or sound healing is required. Simply come as you are, get comfortable and give yourself permission to rest. • 5:45 - Doors Open • 6:00 - Opening Circle • 6:15 - Immersive Sound Bath Experience • 7:25 - Gentle Closing • 7:30 - Light snack and refreshments WHAT TO BRING: • Yoga Mat, cushion/s, blanket, and anything else to make yourself comfortable. • Wear loose comfortable clothing (and perhaps layers to keep warm if it gets cool). • Water bottle • Journal (Optional) Come and take some time for yourself to relax, restore and leave feeling refreshed for the rest of your week. ABOUT BASHIR Bashir Youssef is a legally blind DJ, speaker, sound healer, coach, music producer, and founder of The Blind Mystery Experience. Born without full sight, Bashir has transformed what many see as a limitation into a wellspring of inner strength, courage and purpose.
