There is something special about slowing down, being surrounded by nature and allowing yourself the space to simply be. Join Andrea for Sacred Sunday Sound Healing Meditation, a relaxing one-hour experience held at The Temple Cafe, nestled amongst the rolling hills and natural beauty of Neranwood. Set within a covered outdoor pavilion, with a peaceful river stream flowing nearby, this monthly gathering offers an opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life and reconnect with a deeper sense of calm and presence. Through gentle guided relaxation, mindful breathing and Reiki and Huna energy practices, you'll be supported to settle your body, quiet your mind and release the tension you might be carrying. From there, immerse yourself in a restorative sound journey. The resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, the deep vibrations of the gong and other carefully selected instruments create a soothing soundscape, allowing you to drift into deeper states of relaxation and rest. With nature as your backdrop, the surrounding environment becomes part of the experience. The gentle sounds of the stream and the peaceful atmosphere of the land offer a beautiful setting to pause, unwind and simply receive. Every experience is unique. You might experience deep relaxation, physical sensations, visualisations, emotional shifts or simply enjoy some uninterrupted time to rest. WHAT TO BRING: • Yoga mat or something comfortable to lay on. It's important that you are comfortable and able to fully relax into the experience. • Pillow/cushion • Blanket • Eye pillow/eye mask/scarf to cover your eyes • Water bottle • Wear comfortable clothing suitable for the weather conditions, as this is an outdoor session held in a covered pavilion. • Please avoid wearing perfumes, thank you. SCHEDULE: ARRIVAL - Please arrive by 10:15am Please arrive on time so you have enough time to settle in before we begin. The session will begin promptly at 10:30am. 10:30am - Sound Healing Meditation begins. Settle into a restorative sound journey accompanied by crystal singing bowls, gong and other instruments, with gentle Reiki and Huna energy practices. 11:30am - Finish Please note: Sound and vibration experiences are not suitable for everyone. If you experience sound-induced epilepsy or have concerns about how sound or vibration might affect you, please contact Andrea before booking. Equipment Hire Items are available for hire for an additional fee from $10 per person. These include yoga mats, bolsters, cushions and blankets.
