You don’t need to be fearless. You need to trust yourself. SAFE™ is a one-day interactive experience designed to give women practical skills in confidence, personal safety, situational awareness and responding under pressure. Through real-world exercises, mindset training and practical physical skills, you’ll learn how to trust your instincts, recognise potential risks, set boundaries, use your voice and respond when something doesn’t feel right. Because as women, we're often told to be careful, trust your gut and speak up - but very few of us are ever actually taught how. SAFE™ was created to change that. This isn't a traditional self-defence course and it isn't a seminar about confidence. You’ll experience it, practise it and discover what you're capable of. The four pillars of SAFE™ SELF-TRUST Trust your instincts, recognise your boundaries and have the confidence to act. AWARENESS Become more aware of your surroundings, recognise potential risks and understand how to respond. FOCUS Learn how you react under pressure and develop tools to stay present, think clearly and take action. EMBODIED CONFIDENCE Use your posture, voice, movement and physical presence to set boundaries, own your space and feel more confident. What to expect SAFE™ combines interactive exercises, real-world scenarios, mindset training and practical physical skills in a supportive environment. No fitness, martial arts or self-defence experience is required.
