Join us on the rooftop at the iconic Pink Hotel in Coolangatta for a full moon flow and sound bath at sunset! As the sun goes down and the full moon rises, we’ll move through a Vin-Yin flow. It starts with a gentle, steady vinyasa to wake up the body, then eases into slow, grounding yin postures to let everything settle. We’ll finish with a beautiful sound bath, giving you a chance to rest, breathe and soak in the vibrations. All levels welcome. No experience needed, just come as you are. • Tuesday 24 November at 6pm • The Pink Hotel, Coolangatta • $25 per person • BYO yoga mat encouraged (spare mats will be available) There are limited spots available so please register soon so you don't miss out.
