SWISH — The Live Launch Event

A women-only movement morning: music, somatic movement, nervous-system reset, connection & play. Come as you are, Gold Coast. SWISH is a women-only movement experience created to bring you back into your body through music, movement, nervous-system regulation, release, connection and play. We're celebrating our very first SWISH with a morning that's part movement class, part girls' day club, part nervous-system reset, and part "let's take on the day" vibes! 9AM — The SWISH Movement Class: a playful, feminine experience combining music, somatic movement, nervous-system regulation, energy healing and somatic release. No dance experience, no fitness level, no perfection required. Just come as you are. We'll finish with a Savasana and live guided meditation by Megsy, then flow into matcha, brekky treats, music, pop-up activations, photo ops and mingling. 10.30AM — The Expansion Session: a workshop on inner confidence and resilient mindset, for the woman who knows there's more for her. You don't need to be a dancer, fit, flexible or outgoing. Come exactly as you are. Brought to you by @megsy_ann and @ashleigh_lee. Limited spaces available, come move, release and expand!
