The UTE House is a four-bedroom family home with a garden and pool, located in the Gold Coast suburb of Southport. Designed with modern living in mind, the home also features a fully functional, multi-person home office — seamlessly integrating work and life under one roof. Created by architect, author, and television personality Joe Snell, the UTE House is both his personal family residence and architectural studio. It was conceived in response to Joe and his family’s relocation from Sydney to the Gold Coast and reflects a growing need to combine living and working environments within a single, highly adaptable space.
