Get active these school holidays with a fun dice fitness challenge! Roll, Move & Play! Exercise dice challenge Ready to get moving? Join us for a fun-filled activity where the roll of the dice decides your next challenge! Participants will create a list of exercises linked to the numbers on a dice, then take turns rolling to discover which movement they'll do and how many repetitions they'll complete. From star jumps and dance moves to stretches and balance challenges, every roll brings a new surprise. No experience or sporting ability is required. Just bring your energy and get ready to roll, move and play! Suitable for ages 5-12 years. Places are limited. Bookings essential. Parking: • Library parking – Corner of Terry Street and Barry Street – Maximum 2-hour parking • Glenorchy City Council Carpark off Barry Street - Maximum 2-hour parking • Free on weekends To ensure a successful event, please: • Let us know if you can’t attend so we can give your place to someone else • Let us know if you have any support needs or if a support person will be coming with you.
