Groups 4 Health Kingston

The best medicine for loneliness is connection. Whether you’ve recently experienced a major life change, are new to your community or simply want to feel more connected, this evidence -based program can help. This small group program includes 4 free sessions with interactive discussions and practical activities to build confidence, learn about new social opportunities, reduce feelings of loneliness and improve wellbeing. Dates for the sessions are Thursday 12, 19 and 26 November and 3 December. Participation on all dates is required. Plus there is an additional session four weeks after completion of the initial program. This is a partnership between Kingborough Council and Relationships Australia Tasmania.
