Jenny Tian—When Life Gives You Oranges

In late 2023, Jenny met a very handsome boy. She immediately thought they’d get married. They didn’t (phew!) Join Jenny as she unpacks one of her most character defining relationships in her signature style of storytelling. Fresh off touring the United States, Jenny Tian is back in Australia with her brand-new show. If she looks familiar, you may have seen Jenny on TV programs such as Taskmaster Australia or done a doom scroll through her online content. "I am so excited to return home and bring back When Life Gives You Oranges one final time. I won’t be doing any festivals in 2027 so this will be your last chance to see me for a while. Hopefully I catch you there!" - Jenny “It’s a show with a lot of heart, and even more laughs” ★★★★★ The Age, 2026 ★★★★ Arts Hub, 2025 “Excitable hour of comedy.” ★★★★★ The Wee Review “Comparable to a modern-day Bridget Jones, Tian’s show is a humours, relatable and entertaining night out.” Theatre Thoughts “If you’re a friend, fan or completely new to Tian’s style of delivery, her grab bag of anecdotes will surely leave you smiling.” Theatre Matters Doors open: 4.30pm Starts: 5.00pm ACKNOWLEDGEMENT We acknowledge and respect the Palawa people as the traditional and ongoing owners of the skies, land, and water of Lutruwita.
