Grief & Loss is a deeply supportive 9D Breathwork journey designed to create space for you to acknowledge, process, and honour your experience of loss in a safe and guided environment. This journey is an invitation to gently explore the emotions connected to grief while allowing space for acceptance, reflection, and reconnection. This is not about forgetting what has been lost. It is about honouring what mattered, making space for what you feel, and allowing yourself to move forward while carrying love, memories, and meaning with you. Through conscious connected breathing, guided coaching, hypnotic affirmations, and immersive multidimensional soundscapes, you will be supported through a process of emotional awareness, reflection, and release. Sometimes the bravest thing we can do is allow ourselves to fully feel. What is 9D Breathwork? 9D Breathwork is an immersive breathwork experience combining conscious connected breathing with advanced sound technology and evidence-informed wellbeing techniques.
