October Sunday Soothe Yoga Immersion

When we slow down and consciously settle the nervous system, something begins to surface. In that stillness — internally, through breath and awareness, and externally, as the season shifts toward Spring with increasing daylight — we become more attuned to our body’s own signals, which can guide our next steps. Over two and a half hours you will be guided through: 🌿 Mindful movement 🌿 Restorative yoga 🌿 Yoga nidra 🌿 Meditation 🌿 Sound healing Afterwards, gather over a light snack and warm tea to transition gently back into your day. ✨ All props provided. Suitable for all levels. Limited spaces — places offered in order of booking.
