2026 Garden Volunteering Experience - Melbourne

Abbotsford (Victoria Park) Kitchen Garden Under the guidance of our garden supervisor, each group of up to 10 corporate volunteers will be engaged in a range of gardening tasks directly related to growing vegetables and herbs to cook into meals for people in need. Tasks may include weeding, mulching, planting, fertilizing, harvesting, propagation, and pest management. Everything grown and harvested in the garden is taken to our kitchen to be cooked into nutritious meals. Availability: Friday morning shifts 9am start - 12pm Please ensure your team arrive 15min early for a prompt briefing at 9am Group Size: up to 10 people (18yr+) Cost: $1300 +GST & Humanitix booking fee You can read our FAQs or learn more about our Melbourne Volunteering program, click here. Invoice issued on confirmation, payment needed to secure the session. Changing or Cancelling Your Shift We know plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to help: • If it’s more than 30 days before your shift, you’ll get a full refund. • If it’s 14–30 days out, we’ll refund 50%. • If it’s less than 14 days, we’re unable to offer a refund or reschedule, as we’ve already started preparing for your session.
