2026 Graduate Exhibition RMIT School of Art

Opening Event - Tuesday 24th November 5pm-8pm Each year, RMIT’s City campus comes alive as graduating art students exhibit and celebrate their work. From 24th to 30th November 2026, the RMIT School of Art will transform into a vibrant network of exhibition spaces, showcasing a diverse range of practices including painting, drawing, sculpture, jewellery, ceramics, printmaking, photography, video and sound art. The celebrations begin on Bowen Street and continue throughout the campus, including RMIT Gallery on Swanston Street. This large-scale transformation is made possible by a community of hundreds of students and staff, culminating in an opening-night celebration on 24 November featuring awards, food and welcome to country. Family, friends and members of the art community are invited to explore the converted classrooms and studios, discover emerging artists and engage with their work. Graduating students will be on site throughout the exhibition period, offering visitors the opportunity to speak with the artists directly.
