Break the Spell is a high-intensity 9D Breathwork immersion built to strip back the layers of conditioning that keep you feeling small. Media, education, institutions, inherited scripts. What the journey looks like You'll be guided through 69 minutes of active mouth breathing, illusion-shattering prompts, and immersive multidimensional sound. The first, at the 36 minute mark, is a 90 second breath hold followed by a primal scream. This is where the weight of mass conditioning gets discharged. The second, near the end, is a final imprint that anchors the awakened state into your cellular memory.
