A moment to Breathe A grounding event for presence, connection, and quiet In the busy pull of the school holidays, this is your invitation to pause. Join us for an intimate group experience designed to help you leave the noise of everyday life at the door and arrive fully in the present moment. Held by candlelight, this session creates a warm, softened space to reconnect with your body and guide you back to listening — to yourself, your breath, your stillness. The session will move through: Grounding & presence practices, guided meditation, Reiki & sound bath This is more than an hour out of your day — it's permission to put yourself first, even briefly, while the world keeps spinning without you. Limited spots available to keep this space intimate and personal. Mats will be provided but feel free to bring your own and anything else that will make you feel comfortable such as a bolster, pillow and/or blanket.
