B.EA Masterclass: The EA Redefined

A masterclass for EAs on the shift from gatekeeper to strategic partner, plus practical tools for confidence, AI and career resilience. The EA role isn't what it used to be. What was once a gatekeeping function has quietly become something far more strategic. Today's EAs operate, influence and lead, often within the same day, and the profession keeps evolving faster than the job description ever catches up. This masterclass is built for EAs who want to stay ahead of that shift rather than just keep pace with it. What you'll walk away with Confidence and career capital. How EAs build genuine credibility and open doors beyond the obvious next step, including the transferable skills that travel with you no matter what comes next. AI as a working tool. A practical, no-nonsense look at using AI as a capable junior assistant that speeds up drafting, summarising and prep work, while judgement, relationships and confidentiality stay firmly yours. Systems for resilience. Real tools for prioritisation, follow-through and reducing the mental load of the job, so productivity means doing the right work, not just more of it. Led by Emma Lindell: A senior EA who's lived every one of these shifts firsthand, from the ground up through to strategic partner, and who brings that experience straight into the room.
