Something that actually helps. We call it a mastermind, though loosely ... because it tends to conjure images of boardrooms and business bros, and that's really not what this is. It's a small, facilitated group of women who bring their real business challenges and experience to the table, think through things together, and leave with more clarity than they arrived with. Each gathering begins with a brief introduction round ... who you are, what you do, and what's alive for you right now. For returning faces, it's also a chance to share what happened since last time. From there we dive into two or three issues that emerged from a pre-event questionnaire, chosen because they're likely to resonate for everyone in the room. We close with one simple question ... is there something you're curious to explore before next time. No presentations. No pitching. No pressure to perform. Just honest conversation, collective wisdom, and the particular clarity that comes from being heard by people who actually get it. We encourage whatever connections feel right beyond the room.
