Blank Canvas - Presented by Roswel and Master Kapow

Fabian and Jarrod have been making music together since high school, across folk bands, party bands, commercial projects and hybrid electronic acts. Their musical lives have always been shaped by the different projects they've found themselves in. With Blank Canvas, they are scratching a long time itch: starting from nothing and seeing where their own musical ideas take them. The result is an immersive chamber music experience combining wind quintet with electric bass and drums. Intricate, neo-classical textures weave through propulsive grooves, building music that pulses with life, drama and reflection. Expect a journey through the musical minds of two long-time collaborators as they explore composition, improvisation, texture and rhythm without being bound to a particular genre or format. It's a project built on creative freedom, curiosity and the thrill of discovering where an idea might lead. Come for an adventurous night of innovative music, unexpected turns, humour and warmth, as Master Kapow & Roswel dive headlong into unknown musical possibilities. Set times: 7-9pm.
